12 King Street
Our first and original home, 12 King Street dates from the early 19th century and has been owned by five generations of the Byrne family. The Victorian shop with its huge mahogany counter, shelves to the ceiling and cellars have been a mainstay of the Clitheroe shopping experience for as long as many locals can remember.
Victoria Brewery
Our enormous Brewery premises in Shawbridge Street has become our new flagship store. Like the King Street shop it oozes history and atmosphere and both are the same age. The original cast iron pillars and brick barrel vaulted ceiling keep the wines in perfect condition. During its lifetime it has been a brewery, a bottling plant, a hub for British Road Services Haulage and finally a Wine Merchants.
